Developing self-confidence – week commencing Sunday 26 July



We all want to make changes in our life – to be less insecure, anxious or angry, or to be more confident, relaxed and happy. The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the psychology of transformation, will enable us to let go of our self-limiting views and give us the confidence and skill to make these life-enhancing changes.
