Harmonious Relationships – week four – commencing 9.30am Monday 23 November



Improve all your relationships through the practices of training the mind and meditation presented within Buddhism. In this short course, learn practical and effective methods to create greater harmony between yourself, your family, friends and work colleagues – everyone in your life will become happier as a result of you putting these methods into practice.
